Grace Ruth Memorial Endowment funds covered the entrance fee for 30 local Youngstown students, allowing them to attend the English Festival. This year’s featured authors were Chris Crutcher & Rita Williams-Garcia, and the students had a chance to meet them and hear them speak! This year’s festival was particularly special as it was the 45th English Festival.
